Egg Wizard Zenon has a "standard sound" stemming from label boss Sensient's more grumbly minimal tunings, but this compilation shows some more of the label's substantial sweetspots - jazzy bass/breaks, spaced out trance, and progressive melodies. A good sampler to encourage further exploration. Favorite track: Animism.

KiRE This is the Best Free Zenon VA to date, IMHO. One can only hope for a better.
